Flyover Sports LLC ("Flyover Sports," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Flyover Sports mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

• Email address (when you join the waitlist or create an account)
• Username and profile information (if you participate in community features)
• Content you post in community forums or discussions

• Device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID, device type, operating system)
• App usage data (screens visited, features used, session duration)
• IP address and approximate location (city/region level)
• Crash reports and performance data

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Flyover Sports app and website
• To send you updates, launch announcements, and service communications
• To serve relevant advertisements through Google AdMob

3. Third-Party Services

Flyover Sports integrates with the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy practices:

• Google AdMob — serves in-app advertisements and may collect device identifiers for ad personalization
• Google Firebase — provides app infrastructure, analytics, and crash reporting
• YouTube Data API — surfaces sports creator video content
• X (Twitter) API — displays curated sports commentary feeds
• ESPN — provides live scores and sports data

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party providers.

4. Data Sharing

Flyover Sports does not sell your personal information. We do not license, rent, or trade your data, and we do not operate a data-sharing or data-licensing program of any kind.

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers — vendors that operate the Service on our behalf, including hosting, analytics, crash reporting, email delivery, and advertising. These providers may process your information only to perform services for us.
• Advertising — Google AdMob may collect device identifiers to serve ads within the app. On iOS, personalized advertising requires your explicit permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized. You can change this at any time in your device settings.
• Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Flyover Sports or its users.
• Business transfer — if Flyover Sports is acquired by or merged with another company, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do not share your email address, name, account credentials, or community forum activity with advertisers, universities, brands, or marketing partners.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at andy@flyoversportsapp.com.

6. Children's Privacy

Flyover Sports is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
